Product Notes for Prints
Artwork purchased from Gregg Cashmore Photography is produced to a high standard, and should, with reasonable care, remain in perfect condition for decades. The high quality photographic paper used for all prints offers exceptional properties. To ensure your print does not prematurely fade, care should be taken to display the artwork where it will avoid excessive direct sunlight. All mounted prints are produced using archival methods, which allows safe removal of the artwork from its mount if needed.
Additional Notes for Framed Prints
A hanging hook and pin is included with each print to install your artwork. Please make sure this is secure following installation and holds the print solidly. As with all hanging wall art, frame fixings should be inspected regularly for any signs of weakness or corrosion.
Some care should be taken with the glazing’s surface. While the glazing supplied with all framed prints is stronge, the surface can scratch if brushed with a harsh material. A damp microfibre cloth is safe material with which to clean or remove dust from the glazing’s surface.
Prices, Payments and Delivery
All prices on this website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling; additional sales taxes are not charged on orders. Payments are made on this website through PayPal, a secure external service. No financial details are shared with this website at any stage of the order process.
All delivery charges are added at the checkout or basket.
Any concerns with orders from Gregg Cashmore Photography will be resolved as soon as possible. If for any reason you wish to return items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, you may do so for a full refund of the item value or replacement of your item(s). Detailed instructions will be sent if a return is requested either through the Contact page or as an email reply to your order receipt. Great care is taken to package prints appropriately for safe delivery, but if your items appear to have been damaged in transit please submit an enquiry as soon as possible
